Spring Inspired Sheet Pan Recipe

Sheet Pan Chicken with Tri-Colored Potatoes and Asparagus

INGREDIENTS
-1lb skinless boneless chicken tenderloins
-4Tbsp olive oil
-1/2lb fresh asparagus, (break woody portion off)
-1lb tricolored potatoes, cut into halves
-seasonings of choice (I used roasted garlic herb)


DIRECTIONS
-preheat oven to 375F
-prepare baking sheet, line with aluminum foil
-Evenly distribute chicken tenders out on pan; add asparagus and potatoes
-drizzle olive oil evenly over entire sheet
-season as desired
-bake for 30-35minutes, until done
-take out of oven and apply an additional layer of seasoning, if desired
-enjoy!
